I was the girl next door, then I fell on my head... and became the queen of the fucking universe, it's a hard job that requires a lot of drinking but somebody has to do it. It’s not a real Sunday if you are not sitting on a terrace drinking Mimosa. I personally prefer the half orange juice, half sparkling wine version with a few drops of Grand Marnier because by all means I ignore the existence of the Buzz Fizz (only one part sparkling wine and two parts orange juice).
The fresher your orange juice the better your Mimosa… and it’s not a bad idea to strain it also.
